This form should ONLY be filled out after you received your reservation email from us with all your rental documents and information.  We need you to look over all the information sent to you with that email to confirm it is correct.  If everything is correct, please fill out this form.  If there are errors, please DO NOT fill out the form.  You do not need to fax the signed rental documents back to us, if you fill out this form.  If you know your tenant code (located on the top right hand corner of the tenant ledger), just fill in the code, who is staying with you, answer the two questions below and you are done.

Any and all notices of cancellations, for any reason, are to be made in writing. If/When a notice is received more than 60 days before the rental date, all attempts to rerent the property will be made.  If the property does not get rerented, any deposits or prepaid rental fees will be forfeited.  If the property does get rerented, a $100 service fee will be deducted and the balance of money refunded.  If less than a 60 days notice is given, 100% of all money collected will be retained.
