How much do I need to pay and when?

We like to be flexible on the payment schedule, but we need at least a $200 deposit to reserve a unit for you.  We would like 50% of the rental amount 6 months before the rental date, and 100% 60 days before the day you are to move-in.  Please let us know if you need a different payment schedule.   Please charge the charge card listed below when additional payment is owed  No, I will make additional payments myself as per the suggested payment schedule

Before submitting the form, please review your information.  After you review the form, and all the information is correct, hit the "Submit Form" button below.  It will take you back to the Guest Only section. We will process your reservation and send you a confirmation email with .pdf attachments with all your move-in information.

Any and all notices of cancellations, for any reason, are to be made in writing. If/When a notice is received more than 60 days before the rental date, all attempts to rerent the property will be made.  If the property does not get rerented, any deposits or prepaid rental fees will be forfeited.  If the property does get rerented, a $100 service fee will be deducted and the balance of money refunded.  If less than a 60 days notice is given, 100% of all money collected will be retained.
