Villa 2 has a total of 5 Bedrooms,  Upper Level - 2 Bedrooms,  Lower Level - 3 Bedrooms

Villa 3 has a total of 9 Bedrooms,  Upper Level - 5 Bedrooms,  Lower Level - 4 Bedrooms

Normal price (after roof-top swimming pool open) will be around $350 for the lower and $450 for the upper.  Special introductory prices for Villa 3 is $300 for the main level unit and $400 for the upper level unit.  Now accepting reservations for on or after July 1st 2008

Please read the fine print: *Low season rates are from May 1st until Dec 15th and excludes holidays, and only apply for stays of 1 week or longer. Prices are for 2 people per bedroom, including children.  Extra person is $10 per night.  No additional overnight guests are allowed.  We will provide an extra (rollaway)  bed on request. Extra person is not allowed in villa 1 upper.  Pets are not allowed unless previously approved prior to trip. Holidays are excluded from the above pricing and may be higher and subject to other restrictions. All prices are subject to change and are per night.  Rates are also subject to Puerto Rico's 7% room tax.  We do have a 3 night minimum stay (or $50 cleaning fee).  To find out the cost in a foreign currency, Click on Convert Currency 

 All units are  NON-SMOKING UNITS!  Check-In time is after 3 PM and Check-Out is before 10 AM Please contact us about the possibility of early check in or late check out several days prior. We try to be accommodating, but depending on the season, sometimes it is not possible. Fees are $25 per hour for any extra hours. Late Check out after 3PM is another days rental fee. All time is rounded up to the nearest full hour

Any and all notices of cancellations, for any reason, are to be made in writing. If/When a notice is received more than 60 days before the rental date, all attempts to rerent the property will be made.  If the property does not get rerented, any deposits or prepaid rental fees will be forfeited.  If the property does get rerented, a $100 service fee will be deducted and the balance of money refunded.  If less than a 60 days notice is given, 100% of all money collected will be retained.
