Villa 1

Villa 1 just finished another renovation which adds additional covered patio for the lower unit and a new larger uncovered patio for the upper unit.  The entire Villa has a total of 4 bedrooms, but also each level can be rented separately.  The lower unit has 3 bedrooms (2 king beds and 1 queen bed), new kitchen with breakfast bar, living room, inside and outside dining areas, 2+ full bathrooms, a covered porch facing the ocean, air-conditioning throughout the home, and of course, ceiling fans everywhere.  The upper unit is a newer deluxe 1 bedroom with a king size bed.  It has air-conditioning throughout, tall cathedral ceilings with lots of skylights, and many French doors facing the ocean.  It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, bathroom, living room, and a wrap-around covered porch.  It also has a rooftop, 3rd level sundeck.  It offers great breezes and fantastic views!  Many people rent both the upper and lower as a 4 bedroom home.  Both units also offer free high speed internet access.

Villa 2 and Villa 3 Rooftop Swimming Pool and Patio Area is NOW OPEN (To be used by all guests)!
