Villa 2
Villa 2 is shown on the left with Villa 3 on the right. Villa 3 is just behind and to the right of the large almond tree. Villa 1 is about 3 houses down from Villa 2 and 3, on the same beautiful beach. Villa 2 on the street side has a row of palm trees in front of the home. There are steps that lead to the golden sandy beach. Perfect for swimming. Villa 2 has a upper and a lower unit. The lower unit has 3 bedrooms (2 king beds and 1 queen bed), a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, and a bonus indoor/outdoor room by the ocean. It also has a side covered patio, air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the home. The upper unit has 2 extra large bedrooms with king beds and French doors that open to the street side. It has air conditioning throughout, tall cathedral ceilings with skylights, large French doors that open up to the oceanfront covered patio. It also has one extra large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining, living room and a rooftop sundeck. Both units have ocean front covered patios to enjoy the views and relax the day away. Many people rent both the upper and lower as a 5 bedroom home. All units have now been upgraded to free high speed internet access . The rooftop swimming pool is NOW OPEN!
