Villa 2

Villa 2 is about 3 houses down from Villa 1 on the same beautiful beach.  It has a row of palm trees in front of the home, a huge almond tree, and palm tree on the south side.  Both are perfect to shade you from the afternoon sun.  There are steps that lead to the golden sandy beach.  Perfect for swimming.  Villa 2 has a upper and a lower unit.  The lower unit has 3 bedrooms (2 king beds and 1 queen bed), a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, and a bonus indoor/outdoor room by the ocean.  It also has a side covered patio, air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the home.  The upper unit has 2 extra large bedrooms with king beds and French doors that open to the street side.  It has air conditioning throughout, tall cathedral ceilings with skylights, large French doors that open up to the oceanfront covered patio.  It also has one extra large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining, living room and a rooftop sundeck.  Both units have ocean front covered patios to enjoy the views and relax the day away. Many people rent both the upper and lower as a 5 bedroom home.  Please note the construction of our newest unit, Villa 3, next door
