Villa 3 is currently finishing up construction and we are Now Accepting Reservations anytime after July 1st!  The lower level is finishing up all the detail work and we have already bought all the new kitchen appliances, new couches and all the other furnishings.  The upper level is just a few weeks behind the lower level.  It is turning out very nice and we are very excited to see this project finally being completed! 

Villa 3 is going to have a total of 9 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms.  The main level is going to have 4 (smaller) bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.  The second level we are building a huge (over 2600 sq feet) 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms.  Right outside the main level we are building a large covered patio that all of our guests can use.  It will have a oceanfront Jacuzzi, 2 BBQ's (one gas and one charcoal), a water feature, many ceiling fans, several hammocks, and several places to read, relax and watch the water.  We just ordered the construction of a 16*14*5 foot deep rooftop swimming pool and spa.  It should be installed and ready sometime in late summer?
