Villa 3 Lower Level

The lower (main) level has 4 smaller bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms.  Since the bedrooms are smaller, we recommend occupancy of 6 adults, but it has the flexibility to use the 4th bedroom for a small child or a great place to put your extra suitcases and belongings.  It is perfect for a group looking for a brand new, nicely furnished, oceanfront home, that has all the amenities, at a  reasonable price.  The master bedroom has a private bathroom, king size bed and French doors that open to the ocean.  Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the last bedroom has a twin size bed.  All beds (except the twin) are upgraded with 12 inch thick Memory Foam mattresses to assure a great nights rest.  It has a completely furnished kitchen with a large bar area, granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances including a new style double wide French door refrigerator (with of course the all important icemaker), microwave, and glass-top stove with oven.  We also added a R/O system for purified drinking water and ice.  The living room has a brand new leather couch, love seat and chair all in sea foam green color.  The living area has two sets of double French doors that open to the oceanfront patio.   This unit is all brand new with 10 foot high ceilings, raised panel solid doors, air conditioning in all the rooms, plus ceiling fans throughout.  You'll also enjoy the Stereo/DVD/TV, and high-speed internet access.  In just outside you will find a large, covered, private, oceanfront patio.  We also we just added a large, private, covered side patio with ocean views and plenty of ceiling fans and a hammock - perfect for reading a book, or to relax and listen to the sounds of the ocean and forget about your cares.  It also comes complete with a dining table and chairs for oceanfront "al fresco" dining.  Just beyond the patio is a large shared gas BBQ and the stairs to the beach.  Find out more about What is Included?
