The newly built Villa 3 Upper has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is a step down oceanfront covered patio that offers a commanding view of the ocean and beach.  With over 2500 square feet of living space, it accommodates up to 9 people.  It is all new construction complete with A/C throughout. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and expansive granite top bar area perfect for hanging out at.  We also added a R/O system for purified drinking water and ice.  It has two high-speed internet access points, a flat screen TV in the living area along with a stereo with CD/DVD player with sound surround speakers.  Villa 3 upper is very private and offers a little bit of paradise.. something special where the ocean breezes make you sit back and relax. Three of the bedrooms are ocean front and  have a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom and a king in the third bedroom.  The 2 street front bedrooms have a queen in the fourth bedroom and a twin size bed in the fifth bedroom.  All beds (except the twin) are upgraded with 12 inch thick Memory Foam mattresses to assure a great nights rest.  All bedrooms have French doors and balconies.  It is a spacious and open floor plan You will enjoy 10 foot high ceilings with ceiling fans throughout, as well as lots of windows and French doors to open and feel the ocean breezes.  Up a few stairs and you reach the rooftop swimming pool and sun deck.  It is a great place to work on your tan, relax around the pool, or take a romantic look at the stars in the evening.  This is your very own piece of Paradise.
